Our day camp program is designed to engage children (Ages 5 to 14) in the rich cultural heritage of Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, music, and maculele.

 

During the day camp, your child will learn fundamentals of Capoeira movements, acrobatics, kicks, dodges, as well as the traditional songs and rhythms that accompany the practice, and arts & crafts.

Our experienced instructors are passionate about teaching Capoeira and create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment for your child. Through our program, children will develop physical strength, coordination, and flexibility, as well as social skills such as teamwork, respect, and cultural appreciation.

We welcome children of all levels of experience and abilities, and our instructors will adapt the program to suit the needs of each child. Our day camp is a great way for your child to stay active, learning a new sport and be immersed in a cultural experience, while having fun being creative with art in a supportive and inclusive environment.
